Over many decades of community involvement in the Santa Cruz county area, Dr. Mariposa is grateful to have the opportunity to be a force of positive change on the health and wellness frontier through the organizations listed below. Rooted in her experience on many levels of non-profit and compassionate work from being a co-founder of WomenCare and volunteer worker, to occasional fun and educational stints as an actress in the local Actors' Theater group, she encourages activism and service as a part of a healthy and fulfilling life.
